Which rider earned the most points and how does it compare to previous years? And who had the most crashes? And most importantly, is there a correlation between Championship points and crashes?

In the following data visualisations you'll see the amount of championship points and crashes per rider and year visualized in a radar chart. Each rider has it's own color. The graph shows the 5 riders that made the most points over the last 10 years.

By hovering above the end points on the radar graph you can see the exact number of points or crashes that year.

If a rider has no points or crashes in some year it means that the rider did not participate in the championship that year.
Click on a rider's name in the legend to hide him in the chart. Click on it again to display it again.
